I am 72 years of age and a widow. I live on my own and enjoy life.
I am a Scout Leader involved in Patrol Activities at Gilwell Park in Gembrook. There are 10 "hands on" and learning camps held each year including Environment, Radio Communications, Rogaine, Welding, soldering, rope making, screen printing, abseiling, bush cooking and JOTA I have attended Jamborees in New Zealand and Australia.
I have five children all grown up now. Four boys & 1 girl, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. They are a delight,
Reading, English Mysteries, Theatres & dining are my hobbies. I enjoy travelling and recently visited England to catch up with relatives and do the tourist bit, mainly in Yorkshire but I did enjoy London for 4 days.
I love historical places, museums, old castles and ruins. My friend who introduced me to this site about 3 yrs ago is also enjoying swapping postcards. I have no particular preference for any specific postcard and I am sure I will enjoy each one I receive and hope the ones I send gives the recipient the same pleasure
