Hi, my name is Merel and I live in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands.
The name Merel is typically Dutch, I think. It is actually a singing bird. My surname sounds somewhat Italian, but I am not. Do like itaIian food and shoes!
I work for a big publisher, based near Amsterdam but it in fact it is a Finnish company. I am manager of some websites. You might want to checkout: www.startpagina.nl, a typical Dutch website. My husband is a lawyer. We do not have kids. In my spare time I like to read newspapers, magazines and books. Or cycle through town. I also like to visit cities, to walk around, look at buildings and feel the atmosphere. I like cities a lot, anywhere around the wold. I love to send cards to friends and family to surprise them on any moment. And of course I like to receive them too!

I like all postcards, but if i have a say I would love to receive cards of your local celebreties, presidents, royals, sporters, singers and/or other heros!
