Hi, my name is Claudia,

I started postcrossing in 2007, but made a longer break from 2010 until now. I always thought to get in postcrossing again, as I liked it very much and got wonderful postcards and many nice acquaintances.

Now I have started again and do it for (or better said: together with) a friend. His name is Uwe, he collects postcards for many years and likes to get postcards from all over the world. As his English is a bit on a basic level, he hesitates to have an own postcrossing account. So I want to do this together with him. I will write the postcards and he shall receive the postcards. :-)

We both like postcards that show your town or the landscape or a map but all are welcome! For example historic cards, football stadiums or something special of your country, a flower, food,... Or cards with your language on it. Or... There is so much to see and learn. Choose what you want to show us from your country or your hometown!

We want to see the world through the postcards!

If you don't have any idea what to write, please write a few words in your language or write about a sportsman or -woman or a football team of your country or give us a book recommendation of an author of your country or a cooking recipe.

Travel and sightseeing tips are also welcome! Who knows, maybe one day...
