About Marina...

Hello!
Nice to meet you in my profile.
My name is Marina, I was born in St. Petersburg. I am 57 years old, I have two sons. The last years I live in a small town - Korocha .
I love reading, especially science fiction and historical books, draw, do sports (swimming, cross-country skiing, skating on a bicycle), to take care of my many different animals and grow new plants in my garden.
I am a lover of science, history, politics and art. I'm fascinated by the diversity of cultures, so anything that represents your country makes me happy.

It would be great to get these types of cards:
- aerial view (bird-eye) of the cities, and not only cities :)
- Unesco World Heritage,
- views with people working, walking, dancing,
- works of art,
- folk crafts,
- patterns, textile, laces, tiles, tapestries ,
- national costumes and scenes,
- types of villages,
- landmarks: castles, palaces, religious buildings (I prefer single views; tastefully done multiviews are also appreciated) ,
- map of your country, cities,
- narrow streets of the old city,
- beautiful landscapes,
- Bob Petley's Cactus cards from AZ( for US senders) ,
- nature, volcanoes, glaciers, fjords ,
- card related to history,
- or a card that you like :)
The each of the received postcard brings me great joy!

Please, write me something about yourself, the interesting fact about your country or write about the postcard you have sent to me. It's nice when people make some effort to tell something more about the interesting things from their country !!
Write something in the native language.
Beautiful stamps make a card more interesting. I prefere written cards and with stamp, not in an envelope.
Please write the date on the card.
I would prefer NOT TO RECEIVE handmade cards, with cartoons and advertising.

Thank you. I wish you nice cards from all over the world!
