About Maria...

Hi there!

My name is Maria. I live in Cherkasy, in the heart of Ukraine. I've already got a BA in Philology, but I'm still interested in languages and keep on learning German, Korean and practising my English :)

I have a fertile imagination and like drawing portraits or writing poems when I get a minute, so I want to realise myself as an artist or a poet (because only Art is immortal :) Also I keen on reading and I'm living in room that is completely covered with books :)

I'm a music lover (the rock & power metal forever fan! as well as the fan of the instrumental classics by Antonio Vivaldi :), but K-POP recently got me in its net. Now I'm army, monbebe, starlight, atiny and many more :) As to my other preferences - I'm an anime fan to the core! (means that I prefer japanese/chinese cartoons style (maybe it sounds like a Cap, but I've met a lot of people from other counties who couldn't get what the word "anime" meant)) Also various aspects of Asian culture of different countries always give a natural sensation of delight!

If its still interesting to read, may say that my serial fandom is The SuperWhoLock :)

I also like cats, sweets (just can't live without) and fine tea, cartoons, comics, world history, football, the arts by Salvador Dali and Vincent van Gogh and the architecture by Antonio Gaudi. I love cute things (but not too pink :) and everything vintage and antique. The love for aesthetics is circulating with my blood :)

All your postcards are welcome! I love getting mail!

You can tell me something about you, recommend me a good book, music or a delicious tea (or represent any poetry from your country :)
I appreciate if the postcards are handwritten and stamped. But if you want to send it in an envelope - it's up to you :) Feel free to put stickers or your creative doodles on the card. If you want, you can send something with a postcard: bus or cinema tickets, pocket calendar or your favorite tea bag. It'll also make me happy ( ´ ω ` )

If you live in German, please, write me in your native language. Your mother tongue is as beautiful as possible!

And one more thing: I've just started learning Korean more deeply and this language is incredibly amazing! So, some Korean people can make me really happy by writing me several sentences (with the translation) in this representation of the perfection which you call the mother-tongue :)

Happy postcrossing!
