Hi everyone --

My name is Michelle, and I live in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island (on the east coast of Canada). To many, Prince Edward Island is best known for the "Anne of Green Gables" series, written by Island author L.M. Montgomery. It's a beautiful little island!

I've just begun my Postcrossing adventures, and I'm very excited to begin sending and receiving postcards from all over the world :)

I'd love to learn more about you, your daily life, and your interests. If you're not certain about what to write, feel free to tell me your favourite quote, poem, your favourite painting, something you love about where you live, or about something that in general, just makes you happy! I would love to learn about why it is special to you - just like receiving postcards in the mail, life is all about the small happy moments that end up meaning so much! ☺

-Books in general (I especially enjoy children's books and classics)
-Literary themes/books/bookshelves/readers/libraries
-Architecture (I love old and historic buildings, from castles and cottages to cobbled streets and lanes)
-Subway/Metro/Underground maps (London's Tube, etc.) - so far I have St. Petersburg, Berlin, Moscow 😊)
-City maps
-UNESCO sites
-Vintage and/or historical/archival
-"Greetings from..." postcards from Postallove (so far I have ones from Finland, Russia, Moscow, Taiwan)
-Typography
-Graffiti (again, art)
-Humorous/funny/inspirational quotes & sayings (nothing religious, please)
-Something unique about the place where you're living!
