Hi, I am from The Netherlands but I'm living in Luxembourg for more than ten years now, where I have a busy job in a translation unit.

I used to be much more active, but for the moment I just love quiet weekends at home, trying to make something of our vegetable garden, elaborate cooking, having a walk in the forest nearby, or simply playing with the cat and wondering what is going on inside her little head.

I don't have any card preferences. I like any card that you choose with a reason and says more than just those two famous words. :-)

So I don’t use the favorites wall to show the kind of cards I would want to receive, because I really like the surprise when the mail arrives: what does the card look like, what’s the message on it, where does it come from … that’s to me the ultimate sense of Postcrossing. Just like in the ‘old days’, when someone would send me a postcard out of the blue. :-)
I simply love every card I received until now - for the card itself or the message (mostly both) - so I have added them to my favorites, although I don’t have a scanner so I cannot share them all here.
