My name is Lydia. I am 22 years old. I love travelling. I was a English major, and now studying International Trade at ITI in Hsinchu, Taiwan. I love all kinds of arts, food, handmade crafts, cute babies, and animals.
I also like learning languages, drawing, playing piano(mostly classical), watching TV series(in English, Japanese, and Korean), going to exhibitions and photo taking. I really like beautiful landscape, architectures and historic sites.

★Books: Jane Austen is my favorite author, and I like reading novels from past to modern. Novels with history background is more fascinating to me, and I like love stories as well.

★Films: Basically, all good films. Pride and prejudice(2005) is my favorite. I particularly enjoy comedy and romance.

★Places I've been to: Japan(Hokkaido, Osaka, Kyoto, Okinawa), Korea, the U.S. (California), Italy (Rome, Milan, Florence, Venice, Sanjiminano, Verona), the U.K. (England, Scotland)

Taiwan is a beautiful island. Some say we don't have our own culture, but I think our culture is the combination of different cultures. Taiwan was part of China, and we had undergone colonization of the Netherlands, Spain, and Japan. We are affected by cultures around the world. This can be seen in our architectures and food culture. Here in Taiwan has abundant, various food.
