My name is Stephanie. I live in Nantes, a city in western France. I enjoy writing, traveling and foreign languages. That's why I joined Postcrossing.

I will be happy to receive any card picturing your town or country, and will be very glad if you could write me a sentence or two in your mother tongue, with a translation in English. About whatever you want: what you ate for breakfast, your favorite place to read, the last movie your saw or your favorite quotation about love, friendship, family.

- American civilization (from the Founding Fathers to the end of the Westward expansion), and all American paintings from or representing this period of American history

- reading Stephen King books
- writing on snowy and rainy days
- taking pictures of bridges, islands, sunsets or moon reflections
