About ljlombos...

Hi there! How's it going? I'm doing great here and I hope you're doing good too. My name's Lorenzo and I live in the Flag Capital as well as one of the oldest and historical city in the Philippines.

I'm currently a diplomacy student in college so I find this wonderful trade a great way to interact and learn something from people in different corners of the globe. Besides my penchant for statecraft and international relations, I also have a keen passion for the arts. Be it Titian or Mondrian, Donatello or Brancusi, Vitruvius or Le Corbusier, having this kind of pursuit serves as a relaxation and a mind-opener in understanding things in its aesthetic form. Not only do I study art history but also engage in the real thing with a good grip of pen or paintbrush.

Here in the Philippines, postcard collecting is a dying art and it's very rare to find someone keeping a treasure trove of these nice cards. However, I want to experience a thing or two so here I am. Any postcard is fine with me. Still, I do have a bunch of preference that I would find very pleasing.
- Artwork (painting, sculpture, etc.)
- Beautiful architecture
- Historical landmarks
- Books / Library / Bibliographically related
- Maxicards
- Vintage cards
- ANYTHING COOL, FUNNY, or AWESOME!
P.S.: I'd appreciate it too if the stamp looks one of the above.

There are also some types of cards I find very disappointing and would not want to receive. Please don't send me:
- Free / Advertisement cards
- Handmade cards
- Second postcards
- Racist / Offensive postcards

Please don't put the postcard inside an envelope to save you a great deal of inconvenience. If you are a writer, go ahead. Write as much as you want. Tell me about your thoughts. It's nice hearing stories from other parts of the world. There's a sentimental feeling in there. Oh and please don't forget to write the Postcrossing ID. Handwriting is not a big deal for me. I have a lot of friends whose penmanship are worse than understanding the hieroglyphics. Anyway, I think I've said more than enough and thanks for reading this post. Can't wait to hear from you soon.

Lorenzo

P.S.: Do you have Assassin's Creed postcards? Can I have one? Please?
