Hi, I'm Natalia!
I live in a quite big city, which is probably unknown to the rest of the world. If you want to know, the name ‘Dąbrowa Górnicza’ means it’s known from oaks and miners – and yeah, we have a lot of oaks here and a closed mine. And also a desert.
I play the flute and the piano and also try to learn the guitar (sometimes). I've got a dog called Fifi and she's really cute, I also have a blind cat Regis, who’s very smart but also very mischievous. I like animals (like sharks, bats, rats, deers, wolves, foxes and dragons but others too) and I love music. And sea! But not the warm and sandy beaches – I’m just fascinated by the unknown depths of the oceans (I want to become a pirate but if that doesn't work out I can always become a cowboy) (or a falconer).
As for the music, it would be hard to say which bands I listen to, but I like most kinds of rock or metal. However, most of the time I just listen to whatever sounds good to me at that particular moment, be it a Disney song or renaissance funeral music. And it would be nice to get to know new bands from all over the world. Also, maybe you have some good books from your country to recommend me? I don't read as much as I used to but I'm still trying to read something interesting once in a while. My all-time favs are Harry Potter (may sound childish but I've loved it since I was a kid) and A Series of Unfortunate Events, but I also love many more. I don’t have a favorite genre in movies or books, but I don’t really like historical or political stuff. I don’t watch many movies lately anyway, but I like binge-watching series like Bojack Horseman or Supernatural and many more ^-^
My smaller hobbies include drawing, crocheting and playing video games (I'm terrible at them but I have fun anyway). And, of course, I write postcards.
And even though I spent most of my life learning all the music stuff, I’d rather dedicate my life to science and I plan to study maths as it’s my favourite subject. I’ve always been a bit of a nerd or geek... but it's okay - I understand science jokes :")
I'll be glad to receive any postcard, but I like postcards with quotes, animals, steampunk, my favourite books (or your favourite), movies, bands, landscapes from your country or some music and science things.
