Hi there!

I am a 35 years old woman, living in the north of Germany, but I was born in the south, exactly in a region called "Mittelfranken", which is part of Bavaria. This year I married my long-time boyfriend. And we had such a great party!

My hometown Vechta is famous for horses, pigs, cows and chicken.

My hobbies are knitting, chrocheting. I am keen on handpainted and handdyed yarn. A few weeks ago I dyed yarn on myself for the first time. I like seeing and showing knitted and chrocheted projects on ravelry.com. Since I am a member of ravelry.com I like taking photographs as well very much.
While I am kintting or chrocheting I like listening to great TV series, cabaret and comedy and audiobooks.
At the moment I am listening to the audiobook "Games of Thrones". My most favorite TV series is "Dr. Who". Unfortunatly I cannot see the newest season of "Dr. Who" on TV, because I cannot receive the required TV channel. So, please do not spoiler, when you are writing me the card! :)

I also like reading very much, but it is impossible to knit and read at the same moment. So reading is impossible at the moment.
Sometimes I go out with my husband to our most favourite pub next to us. It ist an old horse stable, rebuilt for a really great pub. We often meet there people from all over the world, because in Vechta is a branch of an oilfirm located.

I am looking forward to receiving postcards from all over the world. So have to say, sending and receiving cards is my new hobby!

When you are sending me a postcard I would be glad, to receive postcards with any of the following items, but if not, I will also be happy:
- place of interest in your hometown or neighborhood
- handcrafting people
- the sea, the beach, the sun... postcards to start dreaming...
- everything with the colour blue
- people drinking tea or coffee
- any animals, but especially hippos and turtles
- teddybears
- forests, moniclinous plants
- everything with the colour green
- old and beautiful buildings
- vintage
- movies and actors.

But as I said before: Don´t mind, if you dont have "the" postcard for me, I will be happy about the card you choose for me! Please dont forget to write the date on the card.
