I am from Almaty (Kazakhstan), but now i live and study in St.Petersburg. I really love read books (Donna Tartt, Tana French, George Orwell, Mariam Petrosyan, Eliezer Yudkowsky and a lot of other writers) listen music (Arctic monkeys, The White Stripes and all Jack White's groups, She Wants Revenge, Björk, Radiohead, Scala & Kolacny Brothers, Lana Del Rey...) and watch a lot of movies and series (Lars von Trier, David Fincher, Jim Jarmusch, Martin McDonagh...)
Postcards I would like to receive:
- Beautiful or funny drawings, but not famous works of art
- Doctor Who or Sherlock BBC
- Cards with quotes
- Music (bands, instruments, vinyl records...)
- Old houses/flats (where people don't live anymore)
- Outer space
- Night views
- Map-cards
- Nasty weather (rain or fog) or autumn
- Books or something to do with reading or writing
- Funny or weird cards
any card will make me happy, but I really don't like kids and pink color :) And please don't sent me typical tourist cards with multi-views on them.
You can write some words on your native language, your favorite book, song and movie, something about youself.
I'm glad self-printed postcards, if it is something in my preferences (photo of singer or band, movie poster...)
