I am Kathi from Germany. I was very active on postcrossing a few years ago, then dropped off for a while and now I'm getting back into it because travelling wasn't an option this year due to Covid.

I am 33. I love the theatre (especially Musicals but also most other forms of theatre performance), singing, reading, and biathlon (only watching, though)

I am most interested in cards that depict one of the following (in no particular order):

- music (notes, instruments...)
- scenes or characters from musicals on stage or backstage
- famous buildings
- "Keep calm and..."
- aristocrats in the 1800-1920s
- artworks by impressionists or by Roy Liechtenstein
- ballet- or tango-dancers
- people in 20s-outfits (flappers, "roaring 20s")
- Disney animated movies
- city skylines
- optical illusions
- castles/palaces
- beautiful landscapes, especially with unusual lighting or covered in snow; or pretty beaches or sunsets
- photos or pantings of coffee (or similar beverages)
- Olympic Games or Biathlon World Cup
- auditoriums of theatres or opera houses
- anything Captain America or Lucifer (the TV show) related

or anything else that you find pretty, interesting, funny and/or unusual :) I might be surprised by something completely different!

My only request is not to recieve folded cards or self-made cards (including self-made photos or touchnote cards). Ad-cards are fine if you feel they match my interests :) I prefer cards without envelopes.

My favourites list is not a specific wish list as such. I have already recieved some of those cards. It's basically just there for me to enjoy and for you to give you an idea about my general taste.

In case you don't know what to write on the card: Recommend a book; a movie or a TV show you like and tell me what's so great about it! Or tell me about yourself or your country or whatever else you like, I'm looking forward to having a little bit to read :-)
