Hi, my name is John, I live in Bayside area Melbourne Australia. We have travelled around a fair bit and took the kids on a 3 month round the world trip this year. Mostly in USA but time in Phillipines, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Ireland, London, USA, cruise to the Bahamahs and then a stop over in Hawaii and home.

I like to play sports and spending time on the beach. I have just bought a small boat so I am looking forward to spending time on the water and fishing.

I was lucky enough to be brought up in a sporting household and I was Australia's youngest competitor at the Farnarkling World Cup which was held in Millinocket Maine in 1990. It was a short lived event however and the funding, which amounted to 8c a day was quickly with drawn after some poor behaviour of team mates who shall remain nameless except John Clarke!

I also like sporting postcards. Ones from Sports Teams or venues etc and I like getting postcards from remote places as I have a strong desire to trek in some remote places and take my own photos one day. Anything about the place where you live is great too! They are the ones I like to send myself.

I have a wife Julie and two sons. If you have kids they can write a note or the whole postcard to my sons, Max 9 yrs and Cooper 7 yrs.
