Hello!
I'm from Edmonton, which is probably not one of the Canadian cities people will have heard much about. We don't live in igloos or travel by dogsled, but it can still get pretty cold here in winter! We live fairly close to nature, I guess: there's a beautiful river valley running through the heart of the city, and lots of wildlife to see if you know where to look. I feel very lucky to live in a neighbourhood with lots of trees and green spaces. Some day, though, I know I'd like to live closer to the sea.

I enjoy traveling, meeting new people and seeing new places and things, and I've seen a fair bit of the US and Europe. My favourite trip I've ever taken was a tour of Sicily, in Italy, which I found to be a magical place. I also lived in England for five years while I was going to university, and I still miss it, and all the friends I made there, very much.

Cinema is my passion, and I hope to work in the movies one day (though definitely behind-the-scenes). Foreign films were my window on the world as I was growing up, and pursuing my interest in them has taken me to some interesting places.

I also like to craft, draw, and make things, and would be thrilled to receive any handmade postcards. But mostly, I'd just love to hear from you!

One thing I am quite interested in is lenticular postcards--the kind that have pictures that seem to move or look 3D--so if you happen to find any like that, I would be very happy to get them.
