Hi, my name is Ingrid and I miss receiving mail other than bills and ads in my letter box so I'm looking forward to this project! I have a stash of cards and postcards that I buy every time I go somewhere or visit a museum, and I never seem to get round to sending them, so hopefully this will help make some space in my drawers... Although by the looks of other people's collection images, it seems like I will have to dedicate an entire cupboard to the cards I receive!

I live between Geneva and Lausanne in Switzerland, in a little village that is close to Lake Geneva. I love going for walks and seeing the view to the lake and mountains, it amazes me every time to think that I live in such a gorgeous place! I should go for more walks though, as I spend too much time sitting at my computer... Sometimes I long for the world before computers...

My parents are Australian but I grew up and went to school in Grenoble, France, so I speak both English and French. I love photography and crafts - I'm never happier than when learning to make something with my hands! So far my main craft interests are calligraphy, sewing, drawing and pottery. I have three kids, two boys and a girl, and I'm trying to get them interested in writing letters / diaries, etc. - anything that will keep them in the real world, away from screens!

Please explain to me why you chose the card you sent, and tell me something about yourself! If you include a return address, I will send you a thank you postcard!
