MY name is Graham i am a 74 year old grandfather my hobbies are Reading ten pin bowling fishing, field hockey and Football Mainly A F L etc and postcrossing I have been married 51years to my lovely Hazel we have our ups and downs but we always talk things out and i help her with the work around home ,i am retired but i still keep pretty busy Cards i like are ,country scenes ,gardens, beach scenes ,old buildings, Folders of cards, No home made or add cards please.
flowers, trains ,planes, birds,mountains old camping sites ships cows ,horses snow scenes as we don't get snow where I live its too hot ,also like dogs cats fish and any thing to do with Christmas and Easter Landscapes or city views so on any sought of cards are okay as I like them all i am not hard to please my wife is interested and looks at all the cards that come in. I have 3 grown up children ,one is married with 2children .the other two have san fillipo syndrome which is a degenerative disorder and they are getting dimentia to go with there disability we still have 1 at home he is 44 and hard to look after you have to watch him all the time if he goes out he could get lost ,but otherwise everything is going well.Update my disabled son is now living in his own little house the government built a new one for him and others and he is supervised and cared for 24 hours a day moved in on 21/01/15
My daughter lives in a institution with her dimentia but she is happy ,winter time i get involved in the hockey on turf we have a proper turf hockey ground and 2 grass grounds but we enjoy.
I live in a small town on the coast of South Australia called Port Pirie it has a population of about 14 thousand people the main employer is the lead smelter it is the biggest one in the southern hemisphere ,exports lead silver gold iron ore and other minerals it Has railways as well the Indian pacific from Sydney to Perth and the Ghan from Adelaide to Darwin go through here both trips take about 3 days to get from one end to the other about 4000 kilometres each way so to do a round trip takes about a week when i worked i was on the indian pacific i worked as a Drink steward also food and drink waiter it was good as i met people from all over the world so i like trains. don't worry if you cant scan cards, as I will scan cards that come in and all I send out I also will register them as soon as they come in well happy post crossing and god bless everybody that reads this. If you send a card and it gets lost send me the card no and I will Register it.
