Hello, postcardholics! :)

When I was a child I had some pen friends, now their addresses are lost, but I still remember the exiting feeling to post and recieve letters. I'm here to join your warm and friendly company. :)

I can't imagine myself without:
- good movies and theatre
- breathtaking books
- studying languages
- travelling
- baking
- my cat :)

I'll be glad to get postcards connected with some of these themes:
- nature: sea, ocean, waterfall, sunsets / sunrises, sky, stars, moon, fog, mountains, forest, field, northern lights and so on and so forth :)
- black&white
- bridges, roads, streets, castles
- animals, birds (especially ♥ bears, pandas, foxes, wolves, deer, elephants / seagulls, owls, penguins)
- books, libraries
- ancient maps, map or flag of your country (have the map of Canada, Taiwan and the flag of Brazil)

- funny cute cards :)
- the Beatles
- retro
- pizza
- children book illustrations
- paintings with that romantic mood
- Sherlock BBC / Doctor Who and Merlin series / Harry Potter / Marvel Comics films
- works of Alfons Maria Mucha, Beatrix Potter
- postcards which you think can warm my heart and soul ^-^

Just a dream: last year I had a course of history of USA at my university and now I want to collect all states maps or landscape cards with the name of American state. I hope I'll manage to do it with your help. Now I have Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas.

And just a wish: if your native language is German could you write your favourite word or a phrase (as well the translation) please?

The most valuable postcards for me are postcards with a message. What would you like to share me with? Feel free to write me everything you want (or draw what you want :)). When I get postcards with only "Greetings from...", "Have a nice day" or even empty I feel quite offended and sad, I'm sorry :(. How could that be possible that those amazing postcards travelled so much to say me only one phrase? And also I prefer my postcards stamped and written, not in an envelope.

Anyway, thank you for reading! In Russian it became popular to say "I send you rays of goodness!". So I do the same :)

P.S. When I studied at school I was nicknamed (it comes from my surname) and the English word "honey" sounds exactly like that :)
