Dear postcrossers,

my name is Wolf (fun fact: that's a perfectly good German name, even though "Wolfgang" is more common), I'm from Bavaria, southern Germany. I live with my dog in a small town with lots of pastures and woods around it. The mountains are not too far away either. Having studied agriculture, I later went back to university to do some scholarly things, too. I love animals, books, food, photography, the arts, and nature and would love to learn something from your postcards about what these are like in your country.

Examples:

- local breeds of dogs, horses, farm animals
- native wildlife
- art you like from your country
- books, writers, libraries
- animals with traditional equipment or at work
- myths, fairy tales, and legends (especially tricksters, mythical creatures, monsters, and ghosts) and anything even remotely Big Bad Wolf/Little Red Riding Hood
- national dishes and drinks (coffee!?), spices
- women who inspire you
- local zoos, aquariums, botanical gardens, national parks, natural history or science museums you've visited
- LGTBQ (pride, rainbow flags, history and/or book recommendations preferred over erotica)
- Chinese New Year (esp. Horse, dragon, goat, pig)
- Halloween
- pirates, penguins, pumpkins, pineapples
- rainbows; unicorns
- Scotland
- archery (esp. mounted)

-Very special wishes (please don't hunt for them, it would be really frustrating, I think! Just if you have something by any chance and waited for a loving home for it, or feel like making something!): David Tennant, John Barrowman, Ming-Na Wen, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Firefly, Stargate Universe, Agents of Shield, Sense8, linsangs, Les Reines (cows, not royals!), Peacock goat, Aubrac and White Park cattle

But I'm pretty much interested in everything, so you might as well pick something you enjoy yourself. If you like them and/or think I'll like them, feel free to also send add cards, homemade cards, or your own photos. I'm much more interested in what made you pick a card than in how much money you spent or didn't spend on it, so please write the reasons on the card, if not obvious. And/or write your plans for the day, dreams for the future... something about you or something we might have in common. I know it's not much space: all the more reason to make good use of it!

If you have some interesting stamps at hand, they are very much appreciated, too!

My favourites are mostly a wishlist now, so if I don't favourite a card I've received from you, please don't think I don't appreciate it! Each and every one is treasured, really. My thank you message should have told you how much.
