Hi,
My name is Marita,married with this great guy Johan.We have one daughter Pamela,who is married with Gert. They are parents of a beautiful girl Izzy Caitlin and a boy Steve Axl.

We love animals and have a fishpond out on the terrace. We moved a couple of years ago to Almere. Don't have a garden anymore. Just have everywere a terrace. But w'll be moving again as I miss having a garden. So hope It will happen this year. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Also have 3 cats named Animal, Gonzo and the Fonz. Yep, we named them after the Muppet Show. Loved to watch this. Inside we have tropical fish,we used to have dogs. But after the last one died just wanted some time out. I would love to get a Golden Retriever. But just have to wait and see.

I'm a australian girl who was born in Colac Australia. Did the school thing and worked in the city. Went into nursing and worked with the elderly. And really loved doing this. One day I visited the Netherlands as I have lots of family down there. You know how it goes....got a chance to work there and got married. But I still go back home every two years as I miss the space, food, people,and all kind off things!

We live in Almere about 30 min away from Amsterdam. We live in the centre surrounded by water and lots of small beaches. In the early days this used to be all water! Also have lots of bike roads and they will bring you anywhere. Lots of bush and wild life. Also have a chimp sanctuary. It's just great to be outdoors.

I like any sort of postcards but have a soft spot for animals and aussie ones.Recently I started to make my own because for some strange reason I can't get any nice one's from this place! Strange! I really like doing this because you can get such nice photo's. And like being creative. So hope you will like them as well. Have lots of hobbies like: scrapping, mosaic, having penfriends, stamps collection, cooking, gardening, ect.
And recently started to make children clock's as well.

Anyway, this is me in a nutshell. I think this "postcrossing" is really great. It's a bit like having penpals from all over the world.

But please can you send me a NORMAL POSTCARD SIZE and NO ADVERTISMENT CARDS OF ANY KIND!!
