Hello, my name is Maria and I'm 37 years old. I have nine children. I love them very much. They inspire me every day. I'm an artist and photographer, writer and illustrator. and I love to sing, paint, eat lots of chocolate, dance, knit and sew. I can look at beautiful illustrations for hours and hours.
I live in the Netherlands, in a small city called Culemborg. It's a lovely city. We have a beautiful river and farms and mills. I love to travel and I really really love to send and receive postcards. I love paper and everything about it. I can't wait to begin with postcrossing...so here I go!

If you want to you can sent me postcards about art or photographs. ( I especially love old cards with women on them)
And if by any chance you sent me a postcard with Alice in Wonderland, I would be totally happy. I love Alice! And I love Peter-Pan!
I'm also a big fan of Tove Jansson.
I also totally love Rebecca Dautremer, Fabrice Backes, Mark Ryden en Benjamin Lacombe!!!!
If you could find me a card with River Phoenix I'll be out of my mind.
I also try to collect Meghan Trainor cards or photograps for my daughter. She'l jump ten feet high...I promise.
Cards with paper boats are also wanted.
Of course I'm happy with every card you sent me, but PLEASE don't sent me add-cards or free cards or multiview cards and city-specials. I REALLY REALLY DON'T LIKE THEM!

A request: If you are from America...I want to surprise my daughter...therefore I need to sent a self adressed stamped enveloppe to the USA. I need 2 stamps from America to Europe.
If you can and want to help me with that...Great! I will sent you a little surprise in return.
