I am a history and geography teacher. I love to write old fashioned letters and to send postcards and like to learn new things about places and people from all over the world.

I would like to see special places from your country, famous people, specific traditions, costumes.
I like waterfalls and rainbows.
I like lacs. Castles. Old trees. Old houses.
I like benches and streets on the fall, covered with leafs, but also in the rest of the seasons.
I like black and white photography. Old cars.
I like coffee cups and coffee places.
I like violins.
I love John F. Kennedy and I don t have a postcard with him yet:) (later edit: I got 4 Kennedy postcards, which makes me very very happy. And I still hope for more, of course:))
My favorite movie is Waterloo Bridge, with Vivien Leigh and my favorite books are Tolstoi s War and Peace and Alexandre Dumas son- La dame aux Camelias. And I love russian litterature in general.
I would like postcards with famous writers:)Or royal families.

This is not a request list, there are just some hints of the things I like because someone might just have a card picturing something from above and might want to send it to me.
I will be happy for all the postcards I get, no matter what are they about, because all the postcards are beautiful. Sometimes I can use postcards during my classes, to show them to the kids:)

If ever you want to send me something with the card, and you can, I would love to get coins from other countries, old or current. That is also to be used in class:)Kids learn much faster and become more interested if they actually see real things connected to a certain place or fact. And also, anything related to daily life, like a bus ticket, a film ticket, a newspaper article, anything).
