About Fenna...

Hi there. How are you today. My name is Fenna and I am 48 years young!
I live in Uithuizermeeden in the top of the Netherlands (provinceof Groningen) near the Waddensea. Uithuizermeeden is a small town where I live with my husband.

I like to read a book, mostly thrillers and detectives. I love walking even with a little rain and wind. In The Neteherlands we have beautiful big clouds and here in the country we can look very far in the horizon. Knittings is one of my favorite things to do (socks) and also crochet en emborderie. With others words, I am always busy. In season I love to work in the garden.
My job is in a cookie factory. Here I am packing cookies in to trays and boxes all by hand. In this factory we make coconut rings, spongecakes and season products like mince meat and speculaas.

I am adicted to drinking tea. Volkswagen beetle is my favorite car and spring is my favorite season. I really enjoy the new life in nature in spring time. All the new born animals and the trees become green again. The early flowers like duffoldils and tulips.

The reasson I join postcrossing is that I like to get postcards and to send them. Even as a child I liked to write en send cards or letters. So this is something that I like very much.

I like all kinds of cards (colorful) but especialy with:
* flowers
* site-seeing
* country pictures (things to see or visit in your country or the
place you live in or in the neighbourhood).
* christmas cards (around christmas)
* penguins
* selfmade cards

Please try to send me cards not bigger then 10 x 15 cm (bigger won't fit in the box where I save my cards)

Looking foreward to your card and tell me something about you or the weather or what keeps your mind busy. I like it when you put the send date on the card. Thank you!

Wishing you a nice day
Happy postcrossing!

Greetings Fenna
