Hi I'm Felicity & I live in Brisbane, Australia and I work as a English and Humanities teacher.

I hope to collect your postcards and share them with my students. I feel like we live in a highly technology driven world and posting letters and postcards is becoming a dying art. Therefore, I hope to inspire my students to take interest in projects such as postcrossing.

I love postcards that are unique to your city/country. is there a famous landform, iconic landmark? national animal? Or even cards that have a cultural element.

If you could, I'd love it if you'd date your postcard. I love receiving all cards, but if you put it in an envelope and put in a coin or newspaper clipping or ticket or anything interesting I'd be so happy!

Please remember to write something on your card, again I love just about anything: jokes, quotes, an interesting fact about your city or an interesting fact about you!! I find it very interesting when people write what they could buy in their country for the amount it cost to send me the postcard eg. a train ticket to ___, a cup of coffee, a kilogram of ____ .

My class is currently studying "water in the world" as our geography topic, could you please mention is your country has any issues with water, e.g. restrictions on use, availability, drought, floods, snow, water quality etc.
