About fan1904...

Hello to all those unknown postcrossers around the world - nice to meet you!
My name is Anne, I´m in my sixties, but mostly I´m feeling much more younger ;). I´m living in a small village in North-Rhine-Westphalia in Germany together with my husband and two cats named Shadow and Ronja. I´ve two grown-up children, a boy Tobias and a girl Miriam (hope to become a granny some day!).
I was a teacher for disabled children for such a long, long time, but I am retired recently. It isn´t boring at all, it´s fantastic to have a lot of leisure time now!
I like reading (especially crime stories from Scandinavian authors; I do also love Alice Munro`s books), swimming, gardening, painting, playing pétanque, yoga, traveling, watching soccer (FC Schalke 04), cycling, visiting flea markets and art exhibitions, drinking a cup of coffee with my friends, playing with the cats and of course writing postcards. Currently I´m learning calligraphy (it´s a challenge for me, because I`m so terribly impatient).
Perhaps you can find a postcard with things I love, but of course all cards are welcome (but please no advertising, city view or multiview cards).
Dear Dutch and French friends, please write in your mother tongue.

You would make my day with:

- scenes from Paris or Rome!!!
- smiling or laughing people
- couples, kisses, hugs, hands, old people, women
- scenes from daily life that make me smile
- cats (photos, drawings, cartoons, funny cards)
- orang-utans, ladybirds, squirrels
- all related to books, reading people
- umbrellas
- bicycles
- keep calm and ...
- cards with quotes written on it
- art (especially Gustav Klimt, Franz Marc, Carl Larsson, van
Gogh, Paula Modersohn-Becker, Frida Kahlo)
I´m impatiently waiting for the postman. Thank you! Anne
