Hi, my name is Giusy and I’m very happy to join this Postcrossing project. I’m very curious.

I live in the sunny Sicily with my partner and I share my home with a nice shubunkin fish and my beloved carnivorous plants. Messina, my city, is a chaotic place with fantastic landscapes: we have sea, mountains and two salty lakes.

I love nature, philosophy, reading and writing: I have a blog. I relax by drawning (my favourite illustrators are Benjamin Lacombe and Isabella Mazzanti), making long walks, watching Hayao Miyazaki's films, listening rock music. I attend creative writing classes and I have worked for some newspapers in my town. I also like fairytales and Carroll's "Alice Adventures in Wonderland" a work so rich and complex. I'm interested in Japanese culture. I'm happy to receive postcards from places I do not know, so I can "taste" them thanks to you.

I'm vegetarian because I believe it is necessary to protect the environment in which we live.That’s all!
