About Eveline...

Salutations friends!

You'd think in this age of the internet, snail mail would have been left to the dogs of serious postage like bills and library loans, but then you find PostCrossing and I know not all is lost.

I'm a product/graphic designer with just my pinkie toe in the industry. 21 is the kind of age where you are in-between your childhood and oh-boring-I-am-working-all-the-time adult life. So I chose a job that pays me to do what I love. Illustrate, design, blab. Much stuff.

Also enjoy reading novels, those thick paperback ones. I've gone through most of Ken Follet's work, those are my favourites. LOTR, Harry Potter, Sherlock Holmes, I've read them, too many to name all at once. And those random books you pick up at $5 books sales. A huge fan of Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata, the founders of Studio Ghilbi and a few other Japanese Animated Film directors. I have lots of things to talk about. Probably would use up all 3000chars, so I shall stop here.

I'd really like postcards of:
_traditional garbs/food/objects
_landmarks in your home town
_a picture you've taken (that would be great)
_illustrations
_your favourite hangout place
_a hobby of yours
_something that you find interesting
but if you find something else, all postcards are welcome!

I'm most intrigued by new places and would really love to travel, so you could tell me about what you like about where you are living and about yourself. Even describe part of your daily life. What do you find interesting? I'm a huge foodie, so you can even tell me about your traditional cuisines, SEND SOME OVER.

There was this one guy, in my current, small number of postcards, who had described his surroundings and the weather there in the most beautiful way possible. Thank you for your words!

Any card would be treasured, even simple hellos. Don't send it in empty though, kinda defeats the purpose of sending a postcard doesn't it?

Much love,
Eve.
