....or check my favourites!
°°°°° IF YOU ARE FROM CHINA OR CHINESE SPEAKING: °°°°°
my daughter just started learning chinese and if you feel like, write to her instead of me - name: Giorgia Povolo, same address as mine - few simple sentences in your language. Any card will be welcomed, but something China related ( landscapes, ideograms, food, paintings..) will be very appreciated or ''regional info'' like these
I think they will be very useful!
PS. maybe you can teach her a new word! something a teenager would say, but you can't learn in the books ;) ( pls add translation )
Thank you ❤️
PLEASE NO AD OR FREE CARDS OR SELF-MADE CARDS
If you don't know what to write, describe what's around you while you're writing the card, what you see from the window, which room are you in ( I usually write my cards in the kitchen for example! ), or suggest me a place I cannot miss if one day I'll visit your country!
I wish you a lovely day :D
IF YOU'RE STILL WILLING TO READ MORE ABOUT ME :)....
I'm definitely on team 'sending', the best part of postcrossing for me is to get someone with a looooong profile and a long list of favourite cards. When there are just few lines saying that I can choose any card I want, no matter what, my smile goes a little bit downwards.. I would feel bad choosing a card I don't really like but on the other side, if I pick something peculiar, it will not be available for some next postcrosser that may like it... On the contrary, when my eyes first catch a long description, I get really excited! While reading I try to figure out if I have a card that matches the requests, then I go through them and make a first selection and if I can't choose between the last 2 or 3 I ask my daughter to help me!
Last but not least, I always try to write a nice 'thank you message' when I register a card :D
