About Sarah...

I‘m a student and I live with my dogs Finchen and Bobby (Finchen is a rescued dog from an animal shelter in Romania, you can see them on my picture) and my guinea pigs, that are named after the swedish royal family.

I'm very interested in traveling, mostly city-trips within Europe. I also love photography, drawing, caring for my growing indoor plant collection or watching old TV series like "The Nanny" and listening to music like Celine Dion or the killers. My favourite colors are green and pastels. Oh and I have a very bad handwriting, I‘m sorry for that!

Postcards I love the most are:

• royals from all over the world, as I‘m a passionate royalist :)
• view-cards of your country, especially single-views

but also:
• Covid-19 themed postcards
• impressionistic art or paintings by Thomas Kinkade or Marianne North
• maps, city views
• biological cards or flowers, my favorites are poppies and hydrangeas
• castles, zoos, national parks
• old ships (Titanic etc.) or other maritime objects like shells or lighthouses
• flamingos, or typical animals of your country
• national flowers, birds or animals
• seasonal cards
• birthday cards for my birthday in early september
• you can also have a look at my favorites. These are all cards I haven‘t received yet.

But at the end I am happy about every single postcard I receive, just choose one that you like! I‘m not a fan of those demanding profiles... :) You can send your card with or without an envelope, I‘m fine with both ways.
I‘m becoming more and more interested in stamps and I‘m thinking about starting a collection with flora, fauna and royal motives and Europa-stamps.

If you don‘t know what to write, maybe you can tell me something about yourself and the impression or the image you've got about Germany (positive or negative)? I'm quite curious about that :D

In september 2021 I started my Youtube-channel "Sarah's Papers", which is dedicated to Postcrossing. If you're interested, you can check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVCCa_Mwiv0ht-ijnVs8Llw/featured
Over there, I also show the cards I received via Postcrossing. If you don't want me to show your card, just leave a short note and I will respect that (of course I will never show any address)!
