I don't collect specific themed postcards, so I will appreciate just about anything :). But my favorite postcards to receive are:

• Things, which are famous in your country
• Pin-Up Girls :)
• Food and SWEETS :)
• Pop-art postcards
• Old ad postcards
• Old posters
• Art
• Cuban or African people (and people from Your country)
• Vintage or vintage-looking postcards
• Ironic postcards
• Maybe your hand-made postcard :)
• Cartoon or cartoon character from your country
• Peacocks and another birds
• White / pink / grey
• Etc... :)

Also I will be happy, when you (explicitly) write on the postcard a few words in your language :) With translation please :)
