hello, world! (｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ PEACE FOR ALL !!!

My name is Varya, I live in Belarus — the country in the very heart of Europe. My native town is Vitebsk. It is the town of artists and the wonderful place to find a lot of creativity. Now I study in Minsk and learn foreign languages in my University (English, Chinese, French). Therefore, you can write me in French, Chinese, Japanese (ひらがな / カタカナ), and in your native language, I will certainly try me best to translate it. It will be truly an exceptional experience.

I dream to pluck up courage and one day travel all over the world, searching for happiness and inspiration in small things, and being free with my 40 cats (now only 3 :) ). I like learning astrophysics and astronomy, philosophy and psychology, writing stories, playing musical instruments (guitar, piano, harmonica), listening to music, translating web-comics and manga, sometimes painting, knitting, handcrafting.

I'm passionate about all historical, artistic, vintage, aesthetic, hand-made things, especially old, antique postcards. I have a modest collection of such cards (1940-1990) from many countries. If you like, I would be happy to send some of this kind to you in return, just let me know :)

Also you can send your postcard in an envelope (even in hand-made one), in case if you would like to add some part of your life that fits in envelope. It can be everything: tea bags, tickets, drawings, stickers, old book pages or even a letter — everything that would come to your mind. I love all these spontaneous things, so all of the cards and your ideas are welcome, as well as stickers, tapes, drawings, or teaching me a phrase in your language, sharing your favourite quote, song, film
