Art is a big part of my life; seeing it, creating it, preferably all the time and everywhere. Actively, I spent the most time with drawing or painting, but passively I also immensely enjoy literature and music, theatre, photography, sculpture, anything that I could find beautiful or meaningful, really.

So, predictably, I love artistic and unique cards. Receiving a selfmade card would be amazing, but anything beautiful or strange-looking, or perhaps something with writing, a quote or something similiar is great.
It's really up to you, I look forward to seeing different people's tastes reflected in the postcards they send. :)

The only thing I'm really not too fond of are your stereotypical tourist cards; mediocre photos of popular sight seeing spots, kitschy sunsets, trite fun cards and the like.
I'd honestly rather have an ordinary piece of paper with just a word, a skewed circle or a coffee stain on it, something that is free and only takes two seconds, so you wouldn't have to buy a new card if you only had view/tourist ones. In fact, that would already be great!

[Edit: Okay, lately I've been receiving almost nothing but tourist cards. Is it really that hard? I'm not asking for much, you don't have to send me expensive art cards or anything, I'd just rather have a piece of paper you were going to throw in the trash, or actually something out of the trash, ANYTHING, just NO TOURIST CARDS, NO VIEW CARDS, please, please, please, I honestly do not want them. A shopping bill, a double piece of toilet paper, a piece of cardboard, ANYTHING but view/tourist cards. Don't go through any trouble for this, take anything you have at hand, no matter how useless or ugly you think it is - there's nothing I could find more ugly and empty than a badly photographed view card. Thank you.]

Oh, and if you can't think of anything to write, I'd always be happy to hear somthing about yourself, your day or whatever is on your mind at that moment, whether it's highly philosophical pondering or "I feel like having some cheese." :)
