　　I like postcards with different kinds of designs, but I do particularly prefer those with views - cityscape or landscape, grandeur or minute - of places where you reside. Those cards kind of remind me that the world is out there and I have to see it myself.

　　The most crucial part is what have been written on the postcards, though. I'd like to hear from you about your hometown, your thoughts of the moment at which the postcards are being written, and any pickups of your life.

　　Lots of people come and go every year in my life due to the nature of my career. It does make me a bit sad. Nevertheless, it's a sublime enjoyment to meet different people - even just with their words and language of variety. Looking forward to hearing from you.

　　(Please feel free to write in Chinese - traditional Chinese, to be specific. I don't read simplified Chinese well.)

　　(I do consider it awkward to receive, for instance, a postcard from China with a photo of the Eiffel Tower on its back, if you know what I mean. It's preferable to have cards with pictures or collages of pictures more related to you. Much appreciated.)

　　(One more thing: Please do NOT add "China," "Republic of China," or "R.O.C.," to the address. "TAIWAN," as shown on my profile, would have sufficed. Putting unnecessary vocabulary in the address almost always guarantees a missing card because of the confusion or improper political reference it results in.)
