My idea of sharing postcards is to share a bit of our present, as it is. We are all connected already in myriad of ways, so writing a few words and sharing an image would make all this more personal.
I love nature. Frogs, birds and plants (especially botanical drawings) are all favs. Bodies of water also are beautiful. Close-ups and macros are totally favs. I love also folklore and local customs, things which have to do with beliefs or close portraits of people. Drawings, paintings and abstract art is also really nice. I love things coming from Asia (and love calligraphy) or volcanic island (Hawaii and Indonesia are absolute favs) so that would be a sure bet.
So what to write? Please write me a secret, I will treasure it and keep it safe and never share it with anybody. If you dislike this idea, please open the book closest to you and write me, in the same language that the book is written in the 5th sentence on the 55th page :).
Please, 'tourist cards' or 'multiviews' i'd rather not receive, I do not find them interesting. I also rather dislike advertisement or self-made/printed cards.
