Hello!

My name is Demi, I'm 21 years old and I live in a small town in the Netherlands. I love Latin/ballroom dancing, reading books and learning more about different countries and their histories and cultures.

I'd love to receive postcards of:
* landscapes/city views/landmarks/buildings/nature
* something typical or special about your country, city or culture
* anything relating to the history or traditions of your country, city or culture
* I love animals so I would love postcards of animals typical to the area you live in!
* local mysteries/legends/folklore/mythology, for example the Pied Piper of Hamelin, trolls in Norway, Robin Hood in England
* historical pictures of your country
* maps (I've been obsessed with them since I was a little kid!)

So basically anything that will teach or show me something about where you're from, I will love!

Also I would love postcards of:
* LOST, it's my all time favorite TV show, so anything relating to it will make my day!
* beautiful photography
* anything vintage/retro/50's
* something cute or funny
* cards by Rifle Paper Co.
* paintings like Kerne Erickson
* maritime such as old ships, harbors, ports, mermaids, lighthouses
* transport: old trains and train stations, railways, vintage cars

Or take inspiration from my Favorites :)

But please, don't worry if you don't have any of these postcards, just send me one you like yourself! (I would love to hear why you chose that particular postcard!)

Can't think of anything to write? In your postcard you could tell me something about yourself, the area/country you live in, anything relating to history (as you may have noticed from my profile I love history!), tell me what your favorite book/ movie/song is and why, draw me something or write something in your language to teach me! :)

Also, beautiful stamps will be much appreciated!
