My name is Julie. We are a family with children. Decouvronslemonde is "Découvrons le monde" in french it means "discover the world". We want to use the postcards to help our children to learn about other countries. We have a big map on the playroom wall and put stickers as postcards are sent and received.

We are doing it for a couple of months now and children really like it! They are always happy and excited to receive a postcard and really take a lot of time to choose the cards we send so it will please the receiver. They also like to sneak around and choose some favorites. They really like various types of cards. They learn a lot: about the world and cultures, but also about other languages (they really practice their english!) and how to typewrite properly... My husband and I also really like this hobby!
