About Crystal...
I am an Indigenous woman from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I am married with 4 adult daughters and cat named Ariel. I am self employed, love travelling, new experiences, learning, hiking, reading and serving my community.
I also love cooking and trying to make dishes from other cultures. Been doing Yoga for years, but can still barely touch my toes, learning to meditate....its a process!! Also love music, being near water, playing games (board & card), and flowers!
