Hello Everyone!
My name is Christine and I'm new to the whole life that is postcrossing.

I signed up to postcrossing as a spur of the moment decision once i saw the ad on my Facebook feed, i absolutely love the idea of getting postcards in the mail from all over the world!

I'm actually really excited to get started on this journey and start growing my collection.

Firstly I should talk about myself for a bit (or so the tips section suggests)
I'm from the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia, I have two (2) cats (ones a kitten) and i'm completely obsessed with goats and pineapples and I'm not quite sure why but i am.

I work at a school in the before and after school care/vacation care centre and I absolute love it! I’ve always wanted to work with children and to finally be there, doing what i’ve Always wanted is incredible. I want to just be able to help them grow and learn all they can in order to be the best human they can be, whilst also being a kid and having fun.

I enjoy painting, reading and doing a little bit of crocheting in my spare time from work. I would love to one day attend a painting class or a pottery class, I think they would be very fun!

Christmas is my absolute favorite time of the year, although it's summer here at Christmas time, it's still my favourite time, snow would be nice to experience just once though!

I like dancing and singing, although I'm terrible at both, i still manage to have a lot of fun.
I absolutely love travelling and trying new things.

I love animals, otters or raccoons would have to be my favourite simply because they look so cute in photos.

I like the colour yellow, I feel like that’s such a happy colour!
My favourite food to buy would honestly have to be Chinese.
I’m really into marvel tv shows, they complete me.
The 11th doctor is my favourite and i’m still rather hurt about Amy and Rory (doctor who).

I tried to grow my own cacti plants but somehow they all died and that’s the day I learnt that it is indeed possible to kill a cactus plant.

Would absolutely love to travel to Europe one day and explore all that it has to offer.

I love baking, it’s one my favourite things to do. I try and go all out with cakes and it’s a fun time for everyone really.
I’m kind of just rambling on here to try and share some of myself with you.

I love the rain and how beautiful it smells and how it automatically makes you tired because it’s so calming.
