About Alexandra...

Hi!I enjoy lots of things - learning foreign languages and translating (I study that in the university), writing songs and poems, playing various musical instruments (a violin, guitar and Celtic harp), reading books and communicating with interesting people. I'm keen on culture and history of different countries, and I'm in love with Ireland and Latin America.

I'd like to receive cards:
- with some important architectural and historical sites of your country or your town;
- with views of the place where you live;
- with some special events, celebrations, festivals, holidays and ceremonies of your country;
- with religious buildings of your town or country;
- with photos of famous people of your country (musicians, bands, atists, writers and poets, actors, etc.);
- connected with your profession, your hobbies, interests and so on;
- with some mythological creatures, especially those that are peculiar in your country;
- designer cards;
- cards with some objects of art;
- hand-made cards;
- with something you think I may be interested in.

For Irish postcrossers - I'd be glad to receive cards with symbols of Ireland (like harp, Georgian door, monuments of Dublin, the Claddah ring, Celtic mythological creature, shamrock, heather, views of Irish towns and villages, Celtic pagan holidays like Samhain and Beltaine, Irish musical bands and dancers (especially of Riverdance), Irish writers and poets (J.Joyce, O.Wilde, W.B.Yeats, etc.), Irish catholic churches, some sayings in Irish (if possible), Guiness and many more).

For postcrossers from Mexico - I'd appreciate pictures of everyday Mexico, especially connected with some traditions and celebrations like 'Dia de los Muertos', its figures and its sugar skulls and whatever, Indian myths and legends, maya's monuments, Mexican revolution, Mexican musical bands and dancers, pictures of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera and other interesting things.

Don't be afraid of the amount of my reccommendations - they aren't obligatory) I'll appreciate any card!
