My name is Mary, I come from Bari, in the South of Italy and I am a nurse.
I like reading, writing, cooking and travelling.
Country that I visited: England, Scotland, France, Germany, Greece, Turkey, Hungary, Russia, Japan, Austria, Czech Republic, Spain, Denmark, Belgium, Portugal, Slovakia, Bulgary.
My favorite cities are Kyoto (visited in 2016) and Istanbul (visited in 2014 and 2019). My favorite food is pizza, but I like so much ethnic food, especially sushi.

During my free time I like viewing film, series and anime; I study japanese language because I am fascinated from Japanese Culture, I have a blog about it. I like mythology, especially Egyptian mythology, so I often visit museums when I travel and read books about it. I also like painting, my favorite painters are Claude Monet, Alfons Mucha, John William Waterhouse and William Turner. I love animals and nature, I have 2 cats, Maia and Elettra.

I collected postcards from world sent by my friends for many years, so I hope to enlarge my collection thanks to Postcrossing, but first of all I wish to meet new people, new cultures, so if you want, write me about your country, your life and your traditions! If you want, draw me something that you like.

I prefer city views, natural landscapes, something that describe the place the postcard come from, postcard with recipes, anime, manga and Disney pictures, archeological subjects,, hedgehogs, foxes and cats, polaroid format but I accept all type of postcards, also handmade cards.
