I am a single mother, retired and a grandmother. Yippee! I love to knit and spend a lot of time going to my knitting groups. I have two cats and if I could I would probably have more but don't want to be thought of as the 'crazy cat lady'.

I just got a new puppy so now I have two cats and a large puppy that is going to grow up to be a very big dog. The cats have accepted her with open arms....or claws

I love to travel and have done quite a bit of it in my life. Have lived in Europe and been to Eastern Europe in the early 1990's when it was first opened to travel. Have been to 8 out of 10 provinces in my own country and down the I75 in the USA....love the southern US...its people and its landscape are beautiful.

I love being near the water and cold winters don't bother me in the least. would love to hear from people all over the world and their different live styles, similar likes, .....

Love any kind of postcard.....and really beautiful and special stamps would be appreciated. Anything with knitting, wool, sheep, alpha, llamas and any other animal that provides fibre would be great. Colours love beautiful and vibrant colours....it is very drab here in Canada in the winter.
