Hi, I'm Kamila, a 17 year old dreamer from Masuria in Poland. My nickname means "sleepless" in Polish, which is partly true - any small worry could deprive me sleep.

If you see, that my last visit on postcrossing was two or more weeks ago, don't worry - I'm logging only when I register or send something.

I love old movies and books, a lot of books! My favorite writer is Lucy Maud Montgomery. I dream about going to Canada, Prince Edward Island - if you have a postcard from there, necessarily write to me!

I'm in love with Russian culture - I've been learning Russian for 2 years and I've already started reading War and Peace (I hope to read in in Russian one day). I like also Fyodor Dostoyevsky. I believe Russian have a great history, I often read about your rulers and probably I watch all available movies about them. Maybe it's infantile, but I love watching animated musical adaptation of Anastasia's story from 1997 with my little niece :)

I fond of cards with:
- Children’s theme (dolls, toys, fairy tales - including Alice in Wonderland)
- artists of the Silent film or just Hollywood classic stars
- oil paintings, reproductions of famous pictures
- Royal families
- famous writers
- not contemporary politicians
- retro / vintage reprints old cards
- pin-up girls
- something very typical for your country, like folklore costumes or the Moomins)
