Hi, everyone!

My name is Bettina and I live in the northern part of Germany.
I decided to become part of postcrossing because I like the idea of sending to and receiving postcards from someone I haven't met before.

I like postcards and finding your postcard in my letterbox will definitly make my day!

I studied English and Biology a few years ago and now I work as a teacher.
I'm really interested in botany. It was my favourite course at university and I still like to explore the plants in my environment. A postcard with typical plants for your region or country will definitly arouse my interest.
But I also like other postcards. So don't worry about finding the right postcard for me. Every postcard is warmly welcome on my postcard wall. I display all received cards on a wall in my living room and my friends like to gaze at your cards and some are very fascinated.

In July, I would be happy about birthday cards. In December, Christmas cards are warmly welcome.

I'm interested in listening to music. Some of my favourite bands/singers are Mumford and Sons, Kings of Leon, Ben Howard, Placebo, Clueso, Sportfreunde Stiller, Paul and Fritz Kalkbrenner and many more.
I also enjoy reading books, although I hardly have any time to read. I like different genres and authors. One of my favourite authors is John Green. I like all his books.
In the evening I like to watch mainly series. Some of my favourite series are Downton Abbey, Sherlock Holmes, House of Cards, Homeland and Game of Thrones.
