My name is Althea and 23 years old.

I created this profile for my Mom. Her name is 美麗, the meaning in Chinese is beauty.

My Mom doesn't prohibit my sister and me from postcrossing, on the contrary, she even helps us. For example, buying stamps and postcards, selling and receiving postcards for us. So I want to create this profile for her, let her receive herself postcards and have happiness which we enjoy. I think that it's good idea and want to keep it.

My Mom can't read English, but I can read and register your postcards for her.

My Mom lives in my hometown, Pingtong(屏東), in the southern Taiwan. She is 49 years old and has 3 adult kids (I'm the middle one). She has a job in breakfast store.

My Mom's habbies: listening to Traditional Chinese music(國樂), handicraft(She's good at that!), reading novels and comics with us, cooking(She's good at cooking, too!), traveling, penmanship and so on.

And she likes nature, flowers, animals(Wolf dog ,Husky) very much. She had a wolf dog as pet when she was a little girl, but he was killed by my grandfather's friend. She's still sad nowadays. Now I have a rabbit as pet. For her, she just like that she becomes a grandmother! She's very happy with my rabbit.

My Mom's birthday is in May(5/5), if it is possible, please send birthday or Mother's Day cards in May. Thank you so much!
