I'm living in Bremen, a town in Northern Germany. The city center is a well-known medieval/renaissaince town and tourist attraction

I have 3 kids, all already pretty much grown-up and I love visiting them in Southern Germany.

I'm very much interested in classical music, especially in vocal medieval and renaissance music, I studied classical voice and I love singing in small ensembles and as a soloist.

But - there is also a major interest in travelling to France and Italy and also, from time to time, to the United States; France because of the Atlantic coast and surfing, Italy because of history and lovely food, US because of friends living there and the breath-taking landscapes and vivid cities.

I love mountaineering in the German and Austrian alpes and the Allgaeu, skiing and snowboarding. Beside all this I do enjoy long-distance bike-trekking and exploring places and landscapes.
