About Bianca...

Hi world!

I'm Bianca, I live in the beautiful city of Würzburg (North Bavaria) and I love reading, travelling and singing. I'm working in an office, but actually I have an MA in Egyptology. (But never got a job in this field, unfortunately.) I live with my boyfriend and two gorgeous cats (Lucy & Nick).

I've collected postcards since I was a child and since I'm doing Postcrossing, I have established a beautiful collection. I just love getting to know new places via cards.

Actually it's simple to make me happy: Please send me a motive that shows something from your country, e.g.

- the city/area/country you're living in (or sending the card from)
- cards from hotels, restaurants or shops in your area (ad cards are of course welcome!)
- famous people of your country (I would looove to receive cards from kings/queens of your country, political leaders or other famous people, dead or alive.)
- wildlife animals (not pets) from your country (e.g. pandas in China or elephants in India/Africa)
- traditional costumes, special art (e.g. people in traditional costumes, Delft porcellaine)
- series of countries of the world: Greetings from, Flags of the World, National symbols, World Travel, WOW,...

I will like your card no matter how it looks, if it's something from these topics. So don't worry!

I'm not so fond of art/cartoon cards, unless they show something typical from your country. Also I don't like the WPD cards, sorry.

PLEASE NO ENVELOPE: If you want to send in envelope, please please please write my full address on the card and put a used stamp from your country on it, that would be awesome! If you don't have a used stamp, you can leave the space for the stamp empty, so I can try to find one myself and add it later.)

PLEASE NO SEASONAL CARDS (Christmas, birthday, Eastern etc.): I don't really like them, so you should use them for people who appreciate them. Exception: They show something from above mentioned topics. :-D (e.g. Christmas greetings from your city)

PLEASE FROM ORIGIN: For me it's important that stamp and picture are from the same country. This might be hard to understand for some people, but I can't help it, I just love and collect them that way. :-)

I appreciate lovely stamps, but of course any stamp is fine. Just to let you know, I appreciate them. If you like to be creative, go ahead! But I'm also very happy about plain text, because I would like to get to know you and/or your place a bit.

Thanks for reading this! :-)

~~~~~~~ IF YOU RECEIVED A CARD FROM ME:
I really hope you liked it! :-) I always try my best to meet your taste, and I'm very very sorry if you don't like a card that you got from me - be sure that I thought you would. I really try my best and look at your walls before sending you a card!
P.S.: I think it's a matter of politeness to write at least "Thank you" after registering a card...
