About Honoka...

JA: こんにちは! ほのかです!
EN: Hello! I'm Honoka!
IT: Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Honoka! Amo Italia e soprattutto i dialetti.

I'm Honoka. I love languages. So please write something (ex. hello, thank you, nice to meet you) in your language or in your dialect! You can write ALL sentences in your language even though I can't understand it well. I love reading things written in the languages that I don't know, but I will imagine what is written using some words I know or just I'll seek help with dictionaries. It's interesting!
This passion let me work as a translator. I love my job.

And I love to eat and drink. Please also tell me your local food or your favourite food!
I like sushi, hot pot of lemon, syabu syabu, carpaccio, rice roll with lettuces and salmon, omuraisu, Japanese pizza, and Italian sushi.

I like every type of postcards. No worries, I'll love all! of them!

I'm an university student. My dream is to work in Europe as a university teacher of linguistics.

A little bit more about me:

- I prefer CDs to Spotify and paper books to Kindles. Because I feel a sense of security that I can have it at hand as a thing. Walkman, digital cameras, video cameras, CD players... they are all indispensable in my daily lives. The most important thing (physical things) is walkman. The second thing is my books. I have more than 700 paper books.

- I find it romantic to exchange books and CDs instead of promising love and eternity in many words. I feel like I can understand the other person more than a long self-introduction. So please suggest me some books and musics.

- My dream is to own a house in Italy, and I'll open it to the public as a library, and use it as a place of relaxation for Japanese people living abroad and Japanese language learners. The language of the book does not matter.

- I would like to start a non profit organization in Italy to support disaster victims. I want to provide psychosocial support for victims, specifically loneliness measures. I also want to make “disaster prevention / Bousai” a universal language and make Italy a disaster prevention powerhouse like Japan.

- I love eating but I'm not a good chef. I usually go to eat to restaurants (or izakaya) near me. I love alcohol, above all, makgholi (Korean rice alcohol). I'll spend a lot of money to buy foods when I'll start working and when I'll be indipendent.
