Hello nice to meet you!

My name is Alica. I am a 39 year old female and migrated to Australia in 1993 from Croatia with my parents and younger brother during the war as we luckily received a visa through some miracle.
Forward many years of education, now i work in a high school as a teacher.
I live in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs (about 35 Kilometers from the city of Melbourne).
I have a beautiful 9 year old boy, Leo who has joined me in my postcrossing adventure and busily checks the letter box daily!

Melbourne is mostly referred to as the 'city with 4 seasons in one day', as it can be sunny one moment and come down with thunderstorms and strong winds the next.

I'd love to receive cards which represent the place where you live in so i can imagine myself travelling there one day.
