The place I live is next to Holzminden. It's just an small village, surrounded by nature in form of a forrest and some fields. My region is called "Weserbergland". It belongs to south west lower saxony in Germany. If you want to know how it looks like, please visit the Wikipedia Commons and search for photos. The Weserbergland is full of old tales. Perhaps you know the story of the Pied Piper of Hameln. It's one of the most known tales.

Some of my hobbies are travelling, diving, snowboarding, playing badminton or helping in an voluntary fire brigade. I like cooking, especially dry cakes, cookies or something with mediterrian,asia or mexican cuisine. So I would love to make a new recipe! Or you can write me about unusual or national dish in your country. I love discovering new languages and cultures and am very excited about being in contact with people all around the world.
